I deleted a photo by mistake
Open the Photos app, go to Albums → Recently Deleted, select the photo and tap Recover. iOS keeps deleted photos there for 30 days.
How do I restore my Lifetime purchase?
Open PhotoSwipe, go to the Profile tab and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy it.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
PhotoSwipe can't see my photos
Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → PhotoSwipe and choose Full Access. With Limited Access, PhotoSwipe can only show the photos you've selected.
Photos I already kept don't show up any more
That's on purpose, so you never review the same photo twice. To see them again, go to Profile and tap Show Kept Items Again.
A photo takes a while to appear
It's probably stored in iCloud and needs to download first. A Wi-Fi connection makes this faster.
Is my data safe?
Yes. PhotoSwipe has no account, and your photos never leave your device. The app sends only anonymous usage counts, which you can turn off in Profile → Privacy. See the Privacy Policy for details.
